Drop Off and Collect 5th – 24th April

The Scottish Government are allowing ‘Click and Collect’, but we like to call it ‘Drop Off and Collect’.

Unfortunately we’re not able to welcome you in to the store right now, so If you are looking to have framing done while we are unable to open, you can
call us or contact us through this website.

You can arrange to drop off your artwork, or items with us at the door on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays or Saturdays, between 10am and 4pm at our Hamilton branch.

We will then arrange the best way to go over design choices with you virtually.
If you prefer to wait, we look forward to welcoming you back in to the stores on the 26th of April.

Covid-19 safety measures:

We have drawn up a Risk Assessment document which allows us to trade safely and ensure that we’re following Government advice on social distancing and maintaining hygiene levels. Some of the front of house steps we are taking include:

In the Hamilton branch, only two customers along with one accompanying person each are allowed in to the retail area at any one time. In the Larkhall branch, only one customer with one accompanying person will be allowed.  Please wear a facecovering while visiting us.

The door will be locked, and a ‘knock and wait’ sign will be displayed on the door. There is a clearly defined staff only area which no-one apart from staff should enter.

Door handles and touch plates are cleaned after entering the premises in the morning, and then again after any visitor leaves the premises.

The card terminal is cleaned prior to every customer using it.  We are happy to accept ApplePay or any other form of contactless payment, including bank transfer.

We will wash our hands before and after handling any work.

Hand sanitisation cream is available to be used as and when necessary.

We will constantly review our procedures, and will always follow the latest Government advice in order to provide you with a safe experience while you are with us.
