Stock position
Occasionally, due to the nature of Limited Edition artwork,  we may not have a particular item in stock. If this is the case we will contact you to inform you if there will be an undue delay.  If a print has reached Sold out at Publisher status, and is no longer available, we will inform you.

Shipping charges and delivery
For delivery, we use internationally recognised couriers, and the charge is shown in the shopping cart. Most UK orders are processed and delivered in 3-4 working days. Overseas shipments will take longer. In any event,  there may be times when delivery can take up to 14 working days. If we expect this kind of delay, we will inform you.

Your Rights : UK & EU Customers
We are based in Scotland, and adhere to UK consumer law. When buying from our website, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the date of receipt, and receive a full refund of any monies paid, within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods undamaged, and in a fit and saleable condition.
You would be responsible for the cost of return, which must happen within 14 days of you notifying us that you wish to cancel, and for adequate insurance to be taken out to cover the return.
You must inform us in writing of your intention to return any goods up to 14 days from the day after receipt. You can do this here
The only exception to this right is for goods which have been produced specifically for you, ie custom made frames, mounts or print-on-demand products.
In the case of goods reserved on a ‘Collect in store’ basis, your normal consumer rights apply.

Your Contract with us
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this by e-mail or telephone. In this case, there will be no contract between us.

Overseas customers
For shipments to countries other than the UK, the following rules and restrictions apply:
All international orders are subject to a £75 minimum product cost (before shipping charges are added).
It is the customers’ responsibility to check the legality of all items purchased in their respective countries.

Taxes
You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any local duties or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your own country’s Customs if you are in any doubt.
For a description of the package contents on the Customs form, we declare “Art Prints” or “Original Artwork” as the case may be. Please do not ask us to declare a “gift” or other incorrect description.
We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason.
