Peacock by Dr. Irfan Ahmed

We have framed many pieces of artwork for Wildlife Artist Dr. Irfan Ahmed. Irfan’s artwork is created on scratchboard using a method of making thousands of tiny precise scrapes with a scalpel. It’s a painstaking process that must require a tremendous amount of patience by Irfan. The end result is so impressively detailed that it almost looks alive.

We framed this one in a stacked frame, combining two contrasting frames to draw the the eye towards the artwork.
